The name "Kaiserhaus" originates from the former light factory of the brothers Kaiser which had their headquarters in this place till 1986 and employed up to 4000 people. The building complex has grown continuously in its previous form through the different developmental stages of the enterprise over a period of 100 years. Within this building essential developments in designs and production have been made.
"Old location with a new profile"
By the rebuilding of the old building complex the old structures were dissolved and replaced by an modern concept. With the "Kaiserhaus" a good located trade and service centre has being built up. With its modern infrastructure and an innovative architecture it offers a fitting frame for our enterprise.
As a young, innovative enterprise with its roots in the "Sauerland" we identify each other with this historical location.
